We design our products for your comfort, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. We offer an Exchange/Refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
Terms of Exchange/Refund :
- A product is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 7 calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. We may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
- If we receive an inbound shipment for an ineligible exchange, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged.
- If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at email@example.com from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 7 calendar days.
How to request for an Exchange?
To request for an exchange you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our customer support at +91 9859733733 through WhatsApp. Keep your order details ready when contacting us.
NOTE : We do not offer a reverse pick up facility, so we request that you self-ship the product to us. Once we receive it we will send the replacement product.
How to Self ship the product?
Please pack the product securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
