How do I cancel my order?

 

1. For order cancellation, please email us on hello@mavericklifestyle.in within 24 hours with your order details and your order will be cancelled.

2. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order then.

3. If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please chat us on What's App  directly on the number (+91 9859 733 733) and we will see if we can work it out for you.

How can i request for return?
Once you receive the order then you will be able to request for return. For requesting for return you can contact us by What's App number  +91-9859733733 or hello@mavericklifestyle.in

How will I know that my order has been placed and confirmed?
1. Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email / message with details of your order and your order ID.
2. If it’s Cash on Delivery order, you’ll receive verification call from our customer support team. Once the order is confirmed on, it’ll be made ready to dispatch.
Note: If your order couldn’t be verified on call, your order will not be dispatched.
3. You’ll receive another email / message once your order is shipped out. You can then track your order by clicking on the tracking link!

How to check my order status?
1. You can track your order by clicking on the link you receive once the order gets shipped.
2. If you do not receive your tracking details, you can contact / email us on 9859733733 (What's App only) / hello@mavericklifestyle.in and our team will help you with your tracking details.
